Today morning in the village of Baka el-Garbiya in the Haifa district, unknown individuals attacked a car carrying a family. As a result of the brutal attack, 37-year-old Nader Rasem Abu Mukh, a father of four who worked in vegetable supply, was fatally shot. His death occurred at the scene due to multiple serious injuries inflicted nearby.
The incident occurred when Nader’s wife, who was driving the car, noticed that they were being followed by an unknown vehicle. According to her, as they exited the village, two men in balaclavas suddenly opened fire on their car and quickly fled. The frightened driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a pole.
Later, a burnt-out car, presumably used by the attackers, was found.
The Abu Mukh family has already been subjected to violence for the third time in recent months. Earlier this year, Nader’s uncle, Samih Abu Mukh, was shot dead, and a few months later, another uncle, Rasmi Abu Mukh, also died in a shooting in his car.
Police reported that the previous history of the incident is related to a conflict between criminal groups. It is believed that Nader Rasem Abu Mukh had no involvement in criminal activities and became a victim of revenge for the killings of his relatives.
The incident has caused widespread outcry in the Arab community, highlighting growing concerns about violence and safety among local residents. Police continue to investigate the event.
