IDF Eliminates Head of “Islamic Jihad” Naval Forces in Gaza Strip

An IDF spokesperson announced the elimination of the head of the “Islamic Jihad” naval forces in the Gaza Strip. Alongside him, another high-ranking terrorist involved in the October 7th attack was also killed. The strike took place in the Gaza City area.

“Under the intelligence guidance of the Shin Bet, an IAF aircraft attacked and killed terrorist Anas Murad, the commander of the naval forces in the Gaza City area. Also eliminated was Ahmed al-Masri, who is associated with ‘Islamic Jihad,’ participated in the October 7th massacre, and was responsible for rocket attacks on southern Israel,” the statement read.

Northern Israel should prepare for a potential retaliatory attack on Thursday following the elimination of the head of Hamas forces in Lebanon, Muhammad Hamid Jabbar, a senior commander of the “Jamaat Islamiyah” organization, in his car in the Bekaa Valley.
