As Cursorinfo.co.il reports, Arab mass media are reporting the killing of a high-ranking officer of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the suburbs of Damascus. The explosion that probably caused the incident occurred in an area where Iranian officers live. Information is spreading on social networks that the deceased could be Haji Habib Zadeh, but the exact identity has not yet been confirmed.

Social networks are discussing the possible connection of the deceased with Amir Ali Khajizadeh, commander of the Air Force of the Kyrgyz Republic. However, military analyst OSINTdefender cast doubt on this assumption, pointing to the unlikely presence of an Air Force general in Damascus. In his opinion, it may be about another Iranian officer. A few years ago, an Arab newspaper mentioned a IRGC commander named Issa Habib Zadeh who was involved in military construction projects.

Earlier, Cursorinfo.co.il reported that Israel conducted an operation during which an officer of the Revolutionary Guard was killed on the territory of Iran. The killing was reportedly related to preventing an attack on Jews in Germany. Sources indicate the use of firearms in this operation.

Cursorinfo.co.il news also confirmed the report of an explosion in Beirut, where the target of the attack was Hajj Mohsen, the second-in-command in Hizballah and responsible for the group’s high-precision missile project. An Israeli army official confirmed that the target of the operation was Fouad Shukar, also known as Al-Hajj Mohsen, a high-ranking military officer from Lebanon.
