If you are looking for a budget-friendly apartment in Lviv, options for 5,000-7,000 UAH per month typically include one-bedroom apartments in residential areas such as Sykhiv, Riasne, or Levandivka. These are generally apartments in older Soviet-era buildings with basic repairs and minimal furnishings and appliances. The advantage of such options is the quiet atmosphere, plenty of green spaces, and relatively low population density.
For 8,000-10,000 UAH, you can expect more comfortable accommodations in neighborhoods closer to the city center or with better conditions.
