Kyiv, Ukraine – On Monday, September 2, Ukrainians will once again face electricity supply restrictions. This was reported in the NEC “Ukrenergo” on Sunday, September 1.

According to the company, outage schedules will be in effect from 00:00 to 24:00. In particular, from midnight to 4:00 p.m., one queue of shutdowns will be applied, while from 4:00 p.m. to midnight there are already two queues.

Despite the published plans, the company warns of possible changes in the scope of restrictions. This means that the situation may change depending on the actual load on the network and other factors.

However, it is worth noting that the country’s critical infrastructure remains reliably protected: no outages are foreseen for medical facilities, water canals and other strategically important institutions.

This news came in the context of recent events, when on August 26, a Russian attack damaged two nuclear power plants in Ukraine, which affected the stability of the country’s energy system. Although the situation is gradually stabilizing, these measures are necessary to ensure the safety and stable supply of electricity to all regions of Ukraine.

To obtain detailed timetables of outages in each region, Ukrainians are recommended to refer to oblenergo websites or their pages in social networks.
