The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is commencing negotiations today, September 4, with Ukrainian authorities to review the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program, which includes $1.1 billion in funding.
According to an IMF press release, the mission, led by Gavin Gray, will engage in discussions with Ukrainian officials as part of the fifth review of the program.
