Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine will unveil its comprehensive victory plan to international allies next week. During his evening address on Monday, September 16, Zelensky said that the plan is over 90% complete, with final preparations underway.

The President outlined that critical steps in military, political, diplomatic, and economic spheres have been identified, with key figures involved in each area. Zelensky emphasized that these measures will strengthen Ukraine’s position and bring the country closer to achieving a just peace.

“We have clearly defined the necessary steps for Ukraine to strengthen our position. This plan not only secures Ukraine’s victory but also reinforces the stance of all nations that uphold international law,” Zelensky said.

The President also assured that each step in the plan has a detailed implementation strategy, and all of the outlined actions are feasible. He noted that this comprehensive package will not only bring an end to the war but also ensure the right course for global stability.

Zelensky stressed that the victory plan will be presented at the upcoming Peace Summit, with a focus on compelling Russia to seek a diplomatic resolution to the war. The plan will also be discussed with global leaders, including Joe Biden, Donald Trump, and Kamala Harris.
