ARMA Announcement: Medvedchuk’s Assets in the Carpathians under State Management
ARMA (Asset Recovery and Management Agency) has announced new competitions for the selection of a manager and appraiser for the “Vedmezha Dibrova” residential complex, which belongs to the state traitor Viktor Medvedchuk. This information was shared by ARMA head Olena Duma. The complex is located in the picturesque “Parazhin” area, within the Zdeniyevo united territorial community in the Mukachevo district of Zakarpattia.
Asset Composition: Land, Buildings, and Equipment
The asset consists of five land plots and seven real estate objects, including a sports and residential wellness complex, several buildings, a residential house, and a utility block. The list of movable property includes two electric cars, a tractor, kitchen and sanitary equipment, and furniture.
Selection Process: Criteria and Opportunities
According to Volodymyr Murzha, head of ARMA’s Western Regional Territorial Office, in a comment to TSN, anyone meeting the qualification criteria, except representatives of the aggressor state, can participate in the competitions. After an independent appraisal and the appointment of a manager, this asset will start working for the benefit of the state, providing additional revenue to Ukraine’s state budget.
ARMA’s Previous Experience with Medvedchuk’s Assets
This is not the first time ARMA has announced competitions for the management and appraisal of Medvedchuk’s assets. Previous competitions involved his factories, sports facilities, apartments, and residential properties. Additionally, competitions have been held regarding the seized assets of oligarch Fuks.
