Metinvest Group has been ranked among the top 50 employers in Ukraine by NV, winning two key nominations in the steel industry: Support for Veterans and Their Families and Support for Employee Wellbeing. This recognition confirms the company’s leading role in taking care of its staff, especially in times of war. This was reported by the company’s press service, according to TimeUkraineIsrael.

The Best Employers ranking organised by NV magazine and Odgers Berndtson provides a clear picture of which companies in Ukraine create favourable conditions for their employees. Metinvest stood out for its social responsibility and deep support for those who served at the frontline. According to Tatyana Petruk, the company’s Director of Sustainable Development, Metinvest’s priority is to integrate veterans into civilian life: “Caring for our veterans is not only our duty but also an investment in the future of Ukraine. By supporting them, we strengthen our team and society.”
Veterans’ reintegration programme
Metinvest has developed a unique ecosystem for veterans’ reintegration based on the principles of responsibility and fairness. The company offers psychological assistance, medical examinations, retraining programmes and support for returning to professional activities. One of the most striking examples is the preferential admission to Metinvest Polytechnic University and the creation of a special space for veterans.
