The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a bill that prohibits the mobilisation of men aged 18 to 25 if they have limited fitness for military service. This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on his Telegram channel on Wednesday, 9 October.
“The Rada supported draft law No. 11379d, which provides for the exemption from mobilisation of Ukrainians under 25. There were 311 votes in favour,” Zheleznyak said.
This draft law was supported in the first reading back in September and has now been adopted in its entirety.
