On the night of 20 October, Russian terrorists attacked Kharkiv using the Grom E-1 hybrid aerial munition. The attack targeted the Novobavarskyi district of the city. The explosion damaged several private houses and cars. This was reported by the spokesman for the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office, Dmytro Chubenko.

According to him, the incident occurred at 23:50 when a shell hit an open area. Fortunately, there were no civilian casualties or injuries.

This hybrid munition combines the characteristics of a precision-guided bomb and a missile, enabling high-precision strikes on targets.

Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the laws and customs of war”.
