Russian troops attacked a power facility in Sumy region on the morning of 20 October, causing massive power cuts. According to Sumyoblenergo, more than 37,000 consumers in the Romny region were left without electricity, which is about 104 settlements.
Sumyoblenergo also reports that more than 14,000 consumers in the region’s border areas are without power due to Russian military actions, including 130 settlements.
Power engineers are making every effort to restore power supply as soon as possible.
