The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) reported a series of successful operations against Hezbollah’s military infrastructure and command centres in Syria, aimed at reducing the organisation’s military and command and control capabilities. According to the IDF, these actions have caused significant operational and moral damage to Hezbollah, disrupting its chain of command and undermining its confidence and combat capabilities.
In addition, the IDF has been active on a broader front, including preventing a large-scale escalation in Judea and Samaria, killing hundreds of terrorists, and thwarting numerous terrorist attacks. Israeli forces have also reached Hezbollah and its Iranian-backed forces in Yemen, demonstrating the global reach of the country’s armed forces.
In these difficult times, the IDF is also focused on the release of hostages held by Hamas. The command declares that it is a moral obligation and an urgent action to bring the hostages home, which is an integral part of winning the conflict.
The IDF emphasises the role of military education and training, noting that today’s challenges require highly professional and ethical officers. Much appreciation is expressed to the families of soldiers who provide the necessary support and inspiration to maintain the courage and dedication of the military.
This appeal reflects the IDF’s unwavering determination and readiness to continue the fight for the security of the State of Israel and its citizens, emphasising the importance of leadership and sacrifice in wartime.
