According to the press service of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), today, Sunday, 3 November, at about 15:00, about 100 shells fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organisation crossed the border between Lebanon and Israel. This incident was the latest episode in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Lebanese paramilitary groups.
The Israeli Defence Forces have stated that they will continue to defend the state and its citizens against the threats posed by Hezbollah. The IDF’s response to these attacks was immediate, using artillery and other defensive systems to ensure the security of Israeli territories.
The attack is part of the ongoing tensions on Israel’s northern border, where Hezbollah regularly conducts rocket and drone attacks. The Israeli leadership has expressed its determination to take the necessary measures to ensure national security, warning of the possibility of further military operations if the threat from Hezbollah continues.
