6 November 2024 – The Iron Swords war, which began on 7 October 2023 between Israel and terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip, Judea, Samaria, Lebanon and Syria, has been going on for 397 days. This is reported by TimeUkraineIsrael, citing Newsru.co.il. IDF military operations are actively covering key regions of the conflict. No attacks from Gaza or Lebanon were recorded overnight, but tensions remain high.

The siren “Tzeva Adom” sounded in the town of Kiryat Shmona and the surrounding areas, warning of a possible rocket attack.

The Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Border Police (MAGAV) and Shabak security service continue operations in northern Samaria, particularly in the Jenin and Tul Karem areas. Over the past 24 hours, Israeli forces have killed two prominent militants, including one of the leaders of the armed movement, Majdi Hamza Ahmad Shakir. The operation destroyed an explosives laboratory, seized weapons and neutralised explosive devices. Two soldiers were lightly injured but did not require hospitalisation.

On the border with Lebanon, the siren “Tzevah Adom” sounded in the town of Rajar, but the IDF later declared it a false alarm. Meanwhile, in the western districts of Gaza City, the IDF navy struck the identified targets and also attacked positions west of Nusairat in the central Gaza Strip. A similar false alarm was observed in Netiv a-Asar, near the border with Gaza.
