On the night of Monday, 11 November, Zaporizhzhia was the target of another air attack. The blast wave partially destroyed a two-storey residential building, severely damaged a dormitory and a car dealership. According to the State Emergency Service, one person was killed and the number of injured reached 19.
There are children among the wounded: A 15-year-old girl, boys aged 4, 16 and 17, and another 17-year-old girl. They, along with the other victims, sustained injuries of varying severity and are currently under medical supervision. The condition of each of them is being clarified, and the number of victims is likely to increase.
All the city’s emergency services are working at the scene of the tragedy, and rescue operations are ongoing. One of the victims was taken to a medical facility by a special rescue vehicle. Three buses were used to evacuate the residents of the hostel. Local authorities and rescuers are making every effort to ensure the safety and assistance of the victims.
As of 6:30 am, 19 people had already received medical assistance, which was a sad result of this night attack.
