As of 11 November 2024, 125 combat engagements took place on the frontline. Ukrainian defenders continue to reliably hold their positions, stopping the aggressor and destroying the plans of Russian troops. This is reported by TimeUkraineIsrael, citing the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Artillery shelling and enemy attacks
During the day, Russian troops actively shelled civilian settlements, in particular in Sumy, Kharkiv and other regions. Among them: Ryasne, Basivka, Novodmitrivka, Pokrovka, Pavlivka, Oleksandriya, Kamianetska Sloboda, Bilovody, Miropillia, Dmytrivka, Tymofiivka. The enemy does not stop trying to disrupt peace and stability in Ukraine by attacking civilian objects.
Situation on different frontlines
In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy made one attempt to attack near Kindrashivka, but the attack was repelled by our forces, and the situation remains under control.
Seven combat engagements took place in the Liman sector, and the fight for Hrekivka, Nevske, Terniv and Serebryanka is currently underway. The threat from the enemy remains high.
In the Siverskyi sector, the enemy is actively using aviation, launching guided missile strikes in the areas of Siversk and Zakitne. In particular, an offensive operation was carried out in the Vyymka area.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy is also actively using aviation, striking Chasiv Yar, Novomarkove and Kramatorsk. Despite these attacks, our defenders repelled one attack in the area of Chasiv Yar.
Confrontation at the Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions
In the Toretsk sector, Russian forces attempted four breakthroughs in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka, but all attacks were repelled. The enemy used 13 guided aerial bombs and nine unguided missiles to strike the settlements of Toretsk, Katerynivka, Petrivka, Kostyantynivka and Druzhba.
Important situation in the Kurakhove direction
High intensity of attacks is observed in the Kurakhove sector. Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled eight attacks in Illinka, Novoselydivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Voznesenka, Novodmitrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Antonivka, Katerynivka and Kurakhove. There are currently 13 other clashes going on.
Active hostilities in the Vremivsk sector
In the Vremivsk sector, the enemy carried out eleven attacks near Trudove, Makarivka, Novodarivka, Rivne and Zelenove Pole.
Situation at the Huliaypillia and Prydniprovia directions
Enemy forces did not conduct active offensives in the Huliaypillia and Prydniprovia sectors, but high tension remained in other parts of the frontline.
Successes of Ukrainian defenders
Ukrainian troops continue to squeeze the enemy, exhausting him in all areas of the frontline. Attacks near Orikhove and other key locations were successfully repelled.
