Today, Russian occupants tried to break through the defences of Ukrainian forces in the Kupyansk sector. The attack began around 14:30 and took place in four powerful waves. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by TimeUkraineIsrael, the enemy used at least 15 pieces of heavy equipment, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and an UR-77 demining unit.

The use of disguise tactics by Russian troops was particularly cynical: some enemy soldiers wore Ukrainian Armed Forces uniforms, which grossly violates the laws and customs of war. Such actions are classified as a war crime, which once again confirms the lack of ethical principles in the actions of the occupation forces.

However, the professional actions of Ukrainian soldiers foiled the enemy’s plans. Our defenders destroyed all enemy equipment, including armoured vehicles, and eliminated a significant number of enemy infantry. The Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated high coordination and professionalism in the actions of infantry, tankers, artillery and drone operators, who fired precisely at the enemy, which made it possible to stop the offensive and minimise their own losses.

The resilience and courage of Ukrainian soldiers have once again proved that no provocation or aggression will force us to retreat. Our defenders continue to stand their ground, demonstrating their strength and unity in the fight for freedom.

Glory to Ukraine!
