In Zaporizhzhia region, the state programmes “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” and government grant programmes are in the greatest demand among local entrepreneurs, thanks to which 170 projects worth almost UAH 105 million have already been funded. This was announced by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration (OVA) Ivan Fedorov on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
As part of the Government-Business Dialogue programme, regular meetings were held with entrepreneurs to discuss opportunities for financial support for business development in the war. According to Fedorov, programmes that provide affordable loans and grant support are particularly popular, helping businesses to raise funds to expand production capacity and ensure stable operations.
“We continue to actively support entrepreneurs and encourage them to take advantage of financing programmes that can significantly facilitate doing business in difficult conditions,” said the OBA head.
Mr Fedorov also spoke about new initiatives to support the restoration and development of energy infrastructure. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has presented a programme for banks that will allow them to lend to cogeneration plants.
