On 28 November, a Russian missile strike on Kharkiv damaged the production buildings of one of the enterprises and the windows of a multi-storey residential building. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In addition, a T-150 tractor was hit by an FPV drone near the village of Bilyi Kolodyazh. As a result, three men aged 39, 44 and 61 were injured, and two more, aged 38 and 42, were killed.
In Kupianske district, the situation remains tense: an enemy FPV drone fell with a bang but did not detonate. Earlier, a vehicle was damaged by a drone dropping ammunition, and another FPV drone attack damaged two private homes.
Sinegubov also announced that evacuations from the Kupyansk and Borivske directions were continuing. During the day, 121 people were evacuated.
