The Ukrainian Defence Forces have regained control of positions near the village of Kolesnykivka in the Kupiansk sector of Kharkiv region. This information came from the DeepState monitoring project, which tracks changes on the frontline.
Despite the successes near Kupiansk, the situation in other areas remains difficult. Russian occupation forces have advanced in several areas of Donetsk region, including Zelenivka, Storozheve, Dacha and Chasovyi Yar. In particular, Russian forces are active near the village of Novyi Komar, which is located on an important road to Velyka Novosilka.
It should be reminded that Novyi Komar had already fallen under the enemy’s control in early December, but the Ukrainian military quickly regained its positions there.
The situation on the frontline remains dynamic, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to hold strategic positions while resisting new offensives by the Russian occupiers.
