On the night of 20 December, an enemy attack caused significant damage to Silpo, one of Ukraine’s largest consumer chains. Russian army drones destroyed a frozen food warehouse located in the Boryspil district. This was reported by Time Ukraine Israel, citing the Facebook page of FOZZY Group.
There were no human casualties
The most important thing is that no one was injured in the attack. However, the damage caused was considerable. The fire that broke out after the attack destroyed goods worth over UAH 400 million.
Reconfiguring logistics
The Silpo team is working hard to restore supplies. In their statement, representatives of the chain assure: “We are doing everything we can to deliver our favourite products to our guests.”
