Russian occupants have seized the settlements of Novooleonivka and Storozheve in Donetsk region, according to the DeepState monitoring project.

Advancement of the enemy

Analysts note that Russian troops have also advanced near the villages of Pishchane and Novovasylivka. In addition, their positions in the area of Rivne have been clarified.

Operational situation

Earlier, DeepState reported that the Ukrainian military managed to avoid encirclement in the village of Makarivka, but the situation in other sectors of the front remains difficult. Russian troops captured Trudove and Uspenivka, completing the occupation of the territory known as the “Uspenivka bag”.

Despite the rapid withdrawal, not all Ukrainian soldiers were able to escape the encirclement, sources said.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains tense. Russian troops have intensified their actions in the region, trying to strengthen their control over strategically important settlements. Ukrainian defence forces continue to hold back the enemy, maintaining manoeuvrability in other parts of the frontline.

Ukrainian commanders and analysts are urged to closely monitor the situation.
