In 2024, the Ukrainian market for trucks and special vehicles showed significant growth. According to Ukravtoprom, almost 12.9 thousand new commercial vehicles were added to the country’s fleet, up 14% from 2023.
December surge in registrations
In December 2024, 1, 354 commercial vehicles were sold in Ukraine, up 24% compared to November. Compared to December 2023, registrations were up 17%, underlining the steady growth in demand in the sector.

- Citroen – 1205 cars
- MAN – 993 vehicles
- Ford – 844 cars
- Scania – 761 vehicles
- Mercedes-Benz – 625 cars
- Peugeot – 614 cars
- Volkswagen – 554 cars
- Iveco – 545 cars
- Hyundai – 474 cars
The growth in demand for commercial vehicles is a sign of economic recovery in Ukraine. This is particularly evident in the logistics, construction and agricultural sectors. Leading brands such as Renault and Citroen have taken a dominant position with a wide range of models tailored to the needs of Ukrainian consumers.
The growth trend is expected to continue in 2025, especially as companies renew their vehicle fleets and Ukraine gradually adapts to European transport standards.
