Effective defence and confiscation: IDF intensifies its operations in Syria

The Israel Defense Forces continues to actively defend its borders and ensure the safety of its citizens, especially in the Golan Heights. As part of the 210th Division’s mission, the IDF achieved significant success in confiscating enemy weapons in Syria.

In recent months, in cooperation with the Enemy Asset Forfeiture Unit, the IDF has confiscated more than 3,300 weapons, including tanks, anti-tank missiles, RPGs, artillery shells and mortar shells, belonging to the Syrian Armed Forces. These actions were reported by the IDF press service.

In total, since the beginning of the conflict, Israeli forces have confiscated over 170,000 items of enemy assets in various regions of the conflict, including the Gaza Strip, Lebanon and Syria. These measures play a critical role in ensuring Israel’s regional stability and security.
