Ukrainian Defence Forces repel 125 enemy attacks in 24 hours: details of combat operations

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 125 combat engagements with the Russian occupiers were recorded over the past day. Ukrainian aviation, missile forces and artillery hit 19 areas of concentration of enemy personnel and equipment and two enemy artillery systems.

Russian troops launched two missile strikes and 58 air attacks, including five missiles and 102 guided aerial bombs. In total, the enemy fired more than 5,000 artillery rounds and used 2,261 kamikaze drones over the course of the day.

The main directions of combat operations:

  • Kharkiv sector: one combat engagement near Lypky.
  • Kupyansk sector: nine enemy attacks in the areas of Dvorichna, Zahryzove and Petropavlivka.
  • Liman direction: seven attempts to break into the defence near Yampolivka, Novoyehorivka, Zelenyi Hai and Kopanky.
  • Kramatorsk sector: two attacks near Chasovyi Yar.
  • Toretsk sector: 15 attacks in the areas of Diliyivka, Krymske, Shcherbynivka and Toretsk.
  • Pokrovske direction: the largest number of attacks – 63. The enemy attempted to break through the defences near Vodiane Druha, Myrnohrad, Andriivka, Yantarne and other localities.
  • Novopavlivka sector: seven attacks near Novodarivka, Kostiantynopil and Velyka Novosilka.
  • In theKursk sector: 13 combat engagements, the enemy carried out 29 air strikes and fired 407 artillery rounds.
  • Volyn and Polissya directions: no signs of formation of offensive groups were detected.

Ukrainian defenders continue to repel the aggressor, inflicting significant losses on the enemy. The situation at the front remains tense but under control.
