Starting today, the Israeli Home Front Command is implementing a new procedure for advance warning in the event of rocket attacks from Yemen towards Israeli territory. This measure is part of preparations to ensure the safety of civilians.
The warning will be sent via the Home Front Command’s mobile app in the regions under threat. The alert will be accompanied by a special sound signal, different from a traditional siren. The purpose is to allow citizens to prepare in advance, move to the nearest shelters and receive official information.
In addition, the IDF will distribute a message warning of a possible rocket attack from Yemen in the coming minutes, calling for compliance with the Home Front Command’s instructions.
The Home Front Command is making every effort to protect Israeli citizens and enhance their security in the face of potential threats.
