The previous round of talks was held in the Dolmabahce Palace, which is located nearby. The change of location does not affect the level of security or the format of the talks, diplomatic sources say.
The delegations are expected to discuss key aspects of the ceasefire, humanitarian corridors, and security guarantees for Ukraine. The parties have not disclosed any details yet, but the talks are attracting great attention from the international community.
