Iran has launched four waves of massive missile attacks on Israeli territory. According to The Times of Israel, citing IDF data, each wave involved dozens of missiles. Most of them were intercepted by the Israeli air defence system, but some missiles reached their targets.

Residential areas in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Rishon LeZion suffered the greatest damage. Fires and explosions destroyed homes, damaged infrastructure, and caused panic among the population.
According to the official data of the Magen David Adom emergency service, three people died and about 80 others were injured. Some of them are in serious condition, many suffered from stress.
IDF: “We intercepted the majority, but the attack was powerful”
The Israeli Defence Forces spokesman, Brigadier General Effie Defrin, said that the air defence forces intercepted most of the missiles, but confirmed that some still struck the centre of the country. The number of missiles fired by Iran has not been officially disclosed.
