The EU’s chief diplomat, Kaja Kallas, called on EU leaders to refrain from attending the 9 May celebrations in Moscow, stressing the importance of supporting Ukraine in times of war. She noted that any participation in the events in Moscow would be perceived as an unfriendly move. Kallas also called on member states not only to ignore Russia’s celebrations, but also to actively visit Kyiv to show solidarity with the Ukrainian people. The SSU CI prevented new terrorist attacks by Russian special services in Vinnytsia by detaining three Main Intelligence Directorate agents. The criminals were planning to blow up the car of a Ukrainian serviceman and the police administrative building. The women, recruited through pro-Russian Telegram channels, rented an apartment with the occupiers’ money and received explosives. During the special operation, the SBU seized two improvised explosive devices and mobile phones with evidence. The three detainees have already been served a notice of suspicion of treason.
