Ukraine intensifies efforts to return prisoners: Head of the FISU joins meeting of the Coordination Centre Council

Ukraine is actively working on the return of its prisoners, and the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleh Ivashchenko, recently took part in an important meeting of the Coordination Headquarters Council. They discussed the priorities of exchanges and new mechanisms for negotiations, as well as the creation of regional groups to support relatives of prisoners of war. Special centres that provide assistance are already operating in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv. During the war, Ukraine managed to return 4,306 citizens from Russian captivity, and this work continues. The state promises not to leave any of its defenders unattended.
