Pechersky District Court of Kyiv Sets Preventive Measure for Mykola Tyshchenko

On June 25, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv made a decision in the case involving the illegal detention of a former serviceman in Dnipro, in which Member of Parliament Mykola Tyshchenko is a defendant. The court ordered the MP to be placed under round-the-clock house arrest.

This information was confirmed by RBC-Ukraine, based on the court’s live broadcast.

The judge granted the prosecutors’ request for a preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest for Tyshchenko. According to the court’s decision, the MP will be under house arrest for at least 60 days.
