Avera Mengistu is on his way to hospital by Israeli Air Force helicopter: he will meet with his family and receive medical care

According to journalist Aleksey Zheleznov on his Telegram channel, the released Israeli hostage Avera Mengistu is now on board an Israeli Air Force helicopter with his family members. He is on his way to the hospital, where the rest of his family and a team of doctors are waiting for him.

An official representative of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) confirmed the information, saying:

🗣️ “Avera Mengistu, accompanied by his family, is now flying in an air force helicopter to the hospital, where he will meet with other members of his family and receive the necessary medical care.”
