In recent days, the troops of the 401st Brigade have been actively operating in the northern part of the Gaza Strip to expand the security perimeter and dismantle Hamas’ terrorist infrastructure.
As a result of the operation, the brigade troops killed the terrorists and dismantled launchers and other objects related to terrorist activities. The operation was supported by the brigade’s Fire Control Centre, which allowed for accurate and prompt strikes on enemy positions.
According to the command, an Israeli aircraft from the Israeli Air Force killed a terrorist who served as the deputy commander of the Nuhba Hamas forces. This strike significantly weakened the organisation’s combat potential.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Command emphasises that the forces will continue operations against terrorist organisations in the Gaza Strip in order to protect the citizens of the State of Israel. All security forces are working in close coordination to ensure peace and stability in the region.
