On the night of 19 February, Russian drones attacked Kyiv region. According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the debris of the downed drones damaged a private house in Vyshhorod district and several cars in Fastiv district.

The air raid lasted almost 8 hours. Air defence forces destroyed all enemy drones flying towards the capital. There were no civilian casualties and no damage to critical infrastructure.

This is not the first incident in recent days. The day before, the wreckage of a downed Russian drone in the Uman district of Cherkasy region damaged a power line, eight residential buildings and five outbuildings. Three people were injured.

Russian troops also launched a massive attack on Odesa, which damaged residential buildings, a medical facility and left most of the city without electricity.

The air defence forces are urging citizens not to ignore air raid warnings and to take cover.
