In May 2025, the State Tax Service of Ukraine exceeded its revenue plan by UAH 5.2 billion, and since the beginning of the year – by more than UAH 51.6 billion. This was announced by the Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko on his Telegram channel.
“In May, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 121.9 billion, which is 21.9% more than in the same period of 2024,” Kravchenko said.
Among the main sources of income:
- PERSONAL INCOME TAX: UAH 30.3 billion (+10.7% of the plan),
- Corporate income tax: UAH 45.4 billion (+5.2%),
- Excise tax: UAH 15.3 billion (+3.3%).
The State Tax Service also demonstrates stable dynamics of VAT refunds:
- In May, it was UAH 15.5 billion,
- For the first five months of the year, the Group’s total revenue was UAH 70.9 billion, up 23.8% year-on-year.
In total, from January to May 2025, the State Tax Service generated UAH 520.3 billion in revenues to the state budget, which is 11% higher than planned and 18.1% more than in the same period of 2024.
