Intense combat continues in the Pokrovske direction, particularly around the settlements of Oleksandropil, Novooleksandrivka, Yevhenivka, Vozdvyzhenka, and Sokil. Despite persistent efforts by Russian forces to advance on the front, Ukrainian defenders are resolutely holding their ground, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have made 81 attempts to push forward. In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops have attacked Ukrainian positions eight times, with five of these assaults still ongoing in areas near Stelmakhivka, Synkivka, Berestove, and Stepova Novoselivka. Ukrainian soldiers are effectively neutralizing the invaders.

In the Lyman direction, there have been six combat clashes so far. Ukrainian forces are repelling three enemy assaults near Makiivka and in the Serebrianske forest. The General Staff reports that the situation there remains under control.

In the Pokrovske direction, there are 12 active battles. Overall, the enemy has made 36 attempts to improve their tactical position on this front, but Ukrainian defenders are firmly stopping them.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt today to dislodge Ukrainian troops near Krynyky on the left bank of the Dnipro River. The Russians also launched attacks using unguided aerial rockets and dropped two guided bombs on the areas of Olhivka, Ivanivka, and Burhunka.

“Ukrainian soldiers are keeping enemy actions under strict fire control. Command is taking necessary measures to reinforce our units in the most critical areas,” the General Staff noted.

The situation remains tense but is under the control of Ukrainian defense forces.
