A fire broke out in a residential building in Kyiv’s Obolon district, prompting the evacuation of 10 residents. According to reports, five women sought medical assistance due to acute stress reactions. One elderly woman was hospitalized, while the others received on-site care.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reported that as of 8:30 PM, the fire on the balconies of the 7th and 8th floors had been extinguished. The incident caused partial destruction of the balconies on the 6th and 7th floors, with a risk of collapse on the 8th-floor balcony.
The Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) stated that Russian missiles targeting the city had been intercepted and shot down. Further details regarding the incident will be provided later by the Ukrainian Air Force.
Earlier on Sunday, it was revealed that Russian aggressors had attempted a missile strike on Kyiv. The multi-story residential building in the Obolon district sustained damage.
