According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), Hezbollah has begun evacuating its facilities south of Damascus, as well as in Quneitra and Qalamoun, in anticipation of possible strikes by Israeli forces (IDF). The announcement came after a tragic incident on July 27, when a rocket fired by Hezbollah fighters exploded at a soccer field in the Druze town of Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights, killing 12 children.
