On Thursday evening, several terrorists threw stones at passing vehicles near the Palestinian village of Husan, on West Bank road 375. This was reported by the press service of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF).
IDF soldiers in the area returned fire. As a result of the shooting, one terrorist was killed and another was wounded.
There were no casualties among the Israeli military.
The IDF said that the army would continue operations in Judea and Samaria to ensure the safety of the region’s residents.
Recently, the situation in the West Bank has remained tense, with an increasing number of attacks by terrorist cells operating in the region. Israeli security forces regularly conduct operations to detect and neutralise such threats.
