At the end of Saturday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Israel Katz, gave a sharp response to the threat of Iran, which sounded earlier against the Jewish state.
Iranian representatives at the UN have previously stated that the Islamic Republic will launch a “war of annihilation” against Israel if it decides to engage in a full-scale conflict with Hezbollah in Lebanon.
“My answer to Iran is clear and unambiguous. If Hezbollah does not stop its attacks and withdraw from southern Lebanon, we will act against them with full determination until our northern region is safe again. The regime that threatens our existence is signing its own death sentence,” Israel Katz said.
His words sounded like thunder from a clear sky, emphasizing the seriousness of Israel’s intentions in the matter of national security.
