Lebanese media outlets affiliated with Hezbollah reported a new escalation on the border with Israel. Al-Manar TV channel andAl-Akhbarnews website reported that the Israeli Armed Forces (IDF) had struck the territory of Aita al-Sha’b, located in southern Lebanon.

According to Lebanese sources, earlier that morning, at least five buildings in the area were destroyed. These actions raise concerns about a possible large-scale escalation of the conflict between Lebanon and Israel. At the same time, the IDF has so far refrained from making official comments on the incident.

Such incidents not only increase tensions in the region, but also raise serious international concerns about security and stability in this strategically important region. The international community is calling on the parties to exercise restraint and resume dialogue for the sake of peace and security.
