Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced on Facebook that the city’s community has provided 1,000 FPV drones to the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for frontline operations. The cost of this batch of drones amounted to 33.5 million UAH, sourced from the city’s budget. Klitschko noted that since the beginning of 2023, nearly 600 million UAH has been allocated for equipping the 3rd brigade, including the purchase of new vehicles and equipment.
Klitschko also recalled previous initiatives to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the procurement of Toyota Hilux pickups and the earlier provision of military equipment and drones named “Leleka.”
