“Her figure is part of the Mossad’s foundation. Aliza made an invaluable contribution to the establishment of the service, its principles and culture. We bid farewell to a commander, mentor and protector who dedicated her life to the security of the people of Israel,” the service said in an official statement.

Aliza Magen’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her personally, served under her leadership, or were inspired by her story. Her legacy will continue to influence the values and approaches of future generations of Israeli intelligence.

May her memory be blessed.
