According to UNN, Germany has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine, which includes key equipment to enhance the country’s defense capabilities. This package is a significant step in supporting Ukraine amidst ongoing hostilities and the threat from Russia.
Key components of the aid:
- 21,000 shells for Gepard anti-aircraft systems. These shells will significantly enhance Ukraine’s ability to defend against aerial attacks.
- Eight Leopard 1 A5 tanks, provided by Germany in collaboration with Denmark. These tanks will offer Ukrainian forces additional firepower and mobility.
- Ten surface drones, which will expand Ukraine’s capabilities in maritime operations and improve control over its water spaces.
- Two Bergepanzer recovery vehicles, which will assist in the repair and evacuation of equipment on the battlefield.
- Ten ground radar systems, which will improve land surveillance and provide more accurate information on enemy movements.
- 24,800 helmets, which will increase protection for Ukrainian soldiers on the front line.

Additional details: Germany is also developing a secret plan to deploy up to 800,000 NATO troops and 200,000 pieces of equipment via the A2 highway to Eastern Europe. This plan is intended to prepare the Alliance for a potential Russian attack on NATO’s eastern flank.
