Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga arrived in Paris to participate in the Weimar+ meeting, where he plans to discuss Ukraine’s security after a just peace and increasing pressure on Russia.

“Of course, we will focus on security in times of peace, and we will also discuss how to raise the price for Russia, which continues its brutal aggression against Ukraine,” Sibiga said before the meeting, Ukrinform reports.

European support for Ukraine: security as a shared priority

The Minister stressed that the security of Ukraine and Europe are inseparable. He stressed that EU countries play a key role in achieving a just, comprehensive and lasting peace.

“Ukraine’s security and European security are inseparable, so now will be a good opportunity for friendly and open discussions on the most important issues that remain on the agenda,” Sibiga said.

Helping the army and the situation at the front

The Foreign Minister also plans to inform his partners about the current situation on the battlefield and emphasise the urgent needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The meeting in the Weimar+ format, which includes key European partners, comes at a crucial time when Europe continues to support Ukraine in its fight for freedom and security.
