Personnel changes in the defence industry
The Minister of Defence of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said that he had submitted a motion to the Cabinet of Ministers to dismiss his deputy Dmytro Klimenkov. In addition, the Ministry of Defence decided not to extend the contract with the current head of the defence enterprise , Maryna Bezrukova.

According to the minister, Arsen Zhumadilov, Director General of the Defence Ministry’s procurement agency State Logistics Operator, will become the new director of the Defence Procurement Agency.

These personnel changes are part of a broader defence sector reform strategy aimed at strengthening the transparency and efficiency of the Defence Ministry.
