The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has announced important updates to the operation of state registers, which will allow citizens to receive a number of necessary services. On Tuesday, 21 January, it was announced that the data in the State Register of Rights to Real Estate and the Unified Register of Debtors has been updated, which will greatly simplify real estate transactions and other administrative processes.

In particular, the State Register of Real Property Rights has been restored, which will allow citizens to conduct real estate transactions without hindrance. In addition, the updated Unified Register of Debtors has made it possible to conduct inspections for transactions.

Citizens can also use the resumed administrative services through state registrars and ASCs, and vehicle re-registration is again available at the MIA Service Centres.

In addition, the Ministry noted that services for citizens on the Diia platform will gradually resume, including re-registration of vehicles and the possibility of paying off debts under enforcement proceedings.

These updates will significantly improve access to important services and simplify the interaction of citizens with government agencies.
