President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree dismissing Oleksandr Karasevych from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Netherlands. The relevant decree was published on the official website of the President.
According to the document, Oleksandr Karasevych was also dismissed from the post of Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
Karasevych had held this diplomatic post since 2023. According to Eurosolidarity MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, the diplomat has been promoted to the new position of State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
