Today in Tel Aviv at 120 A-Yarkon Street, near the Russian Embassy, a protest called “Stop the Russian Killers” will take place. These events are organized in response to the recent missile attack by the Russian army on Ukraine, which killed dozens of people, including patients and staff of the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital in Kyiv.

The organizers of the action seek to cancel the tour in Israel of the State Theater Russian Ballet under the direction of Vyacheslav Gordeev. They declare: “Buying a ticket to the Russian ballet means you support the murder of children! They must be stopped!… We call to join the campaign to cancel the tours of the “Russian State Ballet” planned in Israel, as part of Putin’s propaganda of “Russian peace”, based on support for terrorism, violence and wars. Putin’s bloody hypocrisy and Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker are incompatible!”

One of the activists, Vyacheslav Feldman, published a video message on Facebook, in which he calls on everyone who cares to join the action and express their protest against Russian aggression and support for the Putin regime.
The organizers hope that their call will be heard and the Russian Ballet’s tour in Israel will be canceled as a symbolic gesture against the violence and aggression coming from Russia.
